Seat tube 55cm center to center, 56cm center to top.

There are scuffs, scratches, chipped paint. 

Two dents see pictures # 9 bottom dent;  #15 side dent; #16 same as #9 dent.  But no rust on these dents. Thick paint or Bondo will fix them.
